about me
I know what it’s like to feel the tension between who you are and who you want to be. To juggle the expectations of being a husband, father, professional, and man—and still feel like something important is missing. As a veteran, I’ve experienced the pressures of strength, performance, and responsibility firsthand. Those experiences shaped how I understand men’s struggles today: not as weakness, but as signs that something deeper is calling for attention.
My path to becoming a therapist began with a simple question: What actually helps men grow? Over the years, I’ve found that real change doesn’t come from quick advice or surface-level fixes—it comes from learning to face your thoughts and emotions with openness, connect with what matters most, and take purposeful action toward the life you want. That’s the foundation of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which guides much of my work.
I also use Feedback-Informed Treatment, supported by MyOutcomes software, to track your progress in real time. This helps us make sure therapy is effective, targeted, and always centered around your goals. Because I keep a smaller caseload, I can dedicate more time and attention to each client—reviewing your progress between sessions, offering tailored resources, and designing experiential exercises that help you put new skills into practice right away.
Most of the men I work with come to therapy because they’re tired of living on autopilot. They want to reconnect with their partners, be more patient with their kids, lead with integrity, and feel confident in who they are. My role is to help them build the tools, awareness, and habits that make those changes stick—both in how they think and how they live.
Outside of my work, I’m a husband and father. My family is my daily reminder of what really matters and the kind of presence I want to help other men find. When I’m not in session, you’ll usually find me spending time outdoors, working out, or just being with the people I love most.
At the heart of it all, my mission is simple: to help men live with more clarity, purpose, and connection—so they can become the kind of husbands, fathers, and leaders they’re proud to be.
